How to Review an Innovation

• Only HOD’s (Onshore and Offshore) and Rig Managers can review an Innovations. To review an Innovation
  • Click on the Login button in the right-hand side of the Innovation Hub Homepage and enter your Stena Drilling Login credentials.
  • Click the Review my innovations button. This will take you directly to a list of innovations that are ready for you to review, based on your assigned department.
    Click on any innovation in the table to see more details about the Innovation. A drawer will come up on the right hand side of the page containing:
    • Details - Details of the innovation
    • Comments - Comments about the innovation
    • History - Events with a date and a description
  • When you are ready to accept or reject an innovation click on one of the following buttons:
    • Approve This will move the Innovation to the next approval level, which is dependent on your vessel and department.
      Note: If the Innovation will require a Modification Request (MR) in MAXIMO click the 'Innovation requires an MR to implement' checkbox. This will send you a reminder to raise an MR in MAXIMO and to use the relevant Innovation ID number in MAXIMO.
    • Reject The Innovation will remain accessible to users, but will not move to the next approval level.
    • Enter a reason as to why you accepted or rejected an innovation. You cannot complete the review process until you have provided a reason for accepting or rejecting the innovation. Your reason will be visible to all users of the Innovation Hub.
